Co - Curicular Activities

At Doon Laurels Academy, we believe that co-curricular and extracurricular activities are essential components of our students' education, and we offer a diverse range of activities to help our students develop their interests, talents, and skills outside of the classroom.

Co-curricular activities are an integral part of our academic program and are designed to complement and enhance our students' academic learning. These activities are usually held during school hours and are often subject-specific, such as science clubs, math clubs, or debate teams. Our co-curricular activities provide our students with opportunities to apply their academic knowledge to real-world problems, develop critical thinking skills, and work collaboratively with their peers.

Extracurricular activities are voluntary activities that take place outside of the classroom, usually after school hours or on weekends. We offer a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, music, arts, community service, and more. These activities allow our students to explore their interests, develop new skills, and connect with their peers outside of the academic setting.

Our sports program offers a range of individual and team sports, including basketball, soccer, cricket, badminton, and more. Our sports teams compete in local and regional competitions and tournaments, providing our students with the opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities and sportsmanship.

Our music and arts program provides students with the opportunity to develop their creative skills and talents. We offer a variety of music and art classes, including choir, orchestra, painting, sculpture, and digital art, among others. Our music and arts program culminates in an annual music and arts festival, where students showcase their talents to the school community.

Our community service program encourages students to get involved in service projects that benefit the local community. Our students have the opportunity to volunteer at local organizations, participate in environmental projects, and engage in other community service activities, helping them develop empathy and social responsibility.

At Doon Laurels Academy, we believe that co-curricular and extracurricular activities are essential for our students' holistic development. We are committed to providing a diverse range of activities that cater to our students' interests and passions, and we believe that these activities help our students develop important life skills, such as leadership, teamwork, and resilience.
